    Hello,

I have had the chance to learn Pranyama (breathing exercises), Jala Neti (cleaning of nasal cavities) and some relaxation techniques in one to one sessions with Raquel and I enjoyed it very much.
I found Raquel to be totally professional, but very friendly and reassuring
She also frequently explains the ‘why’ which is helpful if you like to have knowledge as well as the physical experience.
I found Raquel’s teaching easy to understand, enjoyable and leaving me feeling positive and upbeat. I would highly recommend her as a teacher.
    Thank you Raquel!
